  • Broken Bow

    A Klingon named Klaang is injured after being shot by a farmer on Earth, while trying to escape from several Suliban after him. The Vulcans who advise Starfleet advise mercy killing, and sending his body back to Qo'nos. Captain Jonathan Archer convinces Admiral Forrest and Starfleet to spare Klaang, and to allow the new Enterprise NX-01 to start it's mission early, returning Klaang to Qo'nos themselves.

  • Fight or Flight

    The second episode of Enterprise tells the story of the crew's first adventure after they are formally introduced to their mission. We are introduced to a very bored and disappointed Enterprise crew. They have been out for two weeks, and they have found nothing but an alien slug named "Sluggo". Besides that, the crew is readily preparing for their first first contact, with experiments with an exceptionally inaccurate weapons system.

    A new planet is discovered that is surprisingly like Earth. Archer decides to take an away team to explore it, against the wishes of T’Pol, who suggests a more conservative approach.

    Small Review: The best Enterprise so far, by a long way. Archer is shaping up to be a great captain and I feel he has really settled into his role.
