New Nemesis for Atlantis Season 3?

One of Sci-Fi Heaven.net’s Stargate sources, a regular cast member on the Atlantis set, has hinted that the show’s third season may hold some interesting creative surprises.

When asked whether or not we’ll be seeing a new nemesis for Atlantis, they told us: “Sure there will be, Season 3 will hold many surprises. I can’t give out any of the details however.”

Sounds like we may be getting new enemies to compliment or maybe even provide contrast against the existing Wraith threat in the show. Some fans have expressed criticism that they are dull vampirical aliens with far less depth than say, the Goa’uld or even the Orii from SG-1.
