I'm pretty sure the mysterious sentence above was meant to read "100 percent in the decision phase.” Either way, a 13th (or 14th depending on how you count, I guess) episode available only on DVD doesn't surprise me as it is likely intended to generate more sales of the DVDs when they come out.
