It was good to see the faces that we have all come to love as they might have appeared in their youth, even though technically they were all basically young when the show originally aired, seeing them before the 5 year misson was wonderful. Not sure if I am ready for the alternate universe concept it presented, but ready or not it is here.I think there will be more ripples positive and negative than even JJA cosidered with this new concept of what has become the Star Trek reality. I can not even imagine a universe with out Gene Roddenberrys' Star Trek in it! The movie was awesome in every way, The characters right on.
