Lost in Space - Season One DVD Set

Nearly forty years after it was aired, we will once again hear cries of "Danger Will Robinson" on our screens. The Lost in Space DVD set is finally here!

Fox Home Video has prepared a wonderful eight-disc set with all 29 season One episodes AND the unaired pilot. The total run-time is just over 24 hours. There is nothing much to complain about with the DVDs themselves. They are shown in full-frame (1.33:1) black and white. The transfer to DVD is clean, birght and sharp. The episodes are just as good as they were all those years ago.

It should perhaps be noted that the DVDs were not digitally remastered from the original 35mm negative film. They were instead generated from the 1" analog video tape masters from the late 1980s.

The packaging is very nice. The entire set measures just a little over 2 inches thick.

A must-have for all fans of the show.
